1. Event Registration Cancellation

Participants who wish to cancel their registration for any event, devotional gathering, satsang, bhajan sandhya, jagran, or spiritual program may submit a cancellation request through our contact details.

• Cancellation requests should be submitted before the scheduled event date.
• Requests received after the event has started may not be accepted.
• Cancellation approval is subject to event-specific terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation by Participants

3. Sponsorship & Special Booking Cancellations

Sponsors, partners, and contributors seeking cancellation of sponsorships or special bookings must submit their request in writing via email.

• Associated charges and deductions may apply where necessary.

5. Digital Services & Communications

Any digital confirmations, invitations, registrations, notifications, or informational services delivered electronically cannot be cancelled once successfully processed and dispatched.
